That instinct follows me into every clinic website I audit. I'm not looking at the design. I'm looking for where the path broke — where it got harder for a patient to book than to leave.
Because that's the moment a Hollywood Smile case disappears.
Where does fixing one friction point create the most value?
Cosmetic dental clinics in Dubai kept coming up. High-ticket cases. Doctor-run. A world where one patient not booking is an AED 25,000 veneer case that walked out before your coordinator ever saw the name.
I went deep. Learned the language. Understood what a patient deciding on a Hollywood Smile at 11pm on their phone needs to see before they tap WhatsApp.
Every clinic I've audited had at least one place where that path broke. Most had all three.
I look at your site the way a patient does — late, on her phone, deciding.
Not browsing. Deciding.
Is the doctor profile strong enough for an AED 25,000 decision? Are the cases real — actual Emax and Hollywood work, not stock? Is WhatsApp two taps away or buried?
